The One Day Landlord will assist you and give you peace of mind knowing that we are committed to:

• Inspect the property inside and out and suggest maintenance repairs
• Recommend changes to your rental property to make it more marketable/attractive to tenants
• Tour your rental property with your prospective tenant
• Handle all telephone calls concerning repairs/showings
• Accompany showings of your rental to prospective tenants/repair people
• Represent you in negotiating the best possible price for repairs/supplies
• Courier service provided for pick-up of cleaning deposits, rent, etc.
• Inspect property before/after tenant arrival/departure
• Provide you with all receipts
• Arrange cleaning in between and/or for tenants
• Provide tenants with any special instructions about your home as provided by you
• Check-in and check-out all tenants
• Arrange minor/emergency repairs and maintenance
• Act as a go-between for Landlords and tenants

If you have a senior citizen living in one of your rental units and you live far away and need to be assured that your loved ones welfare is being adressed and that their living conditions are being met. For example:
